A new name for our new service
Today we’re revealing the name and the visual identity of the service in Surrey that we’ll be taking on in April.
In October HCRG Care Group was awarded the contract to run children’s community health services in Surrey and North East Hampshire following a robust procurement process by the four commissioning authorities for these services: NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board, NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board, Surrey County Council and NHS England (South East).
The services are currently managed by Children and Family Health Surrey and will transfer to HCRG Care Group on 1 April 2025.
On 1 April, the name of the service will change to Surrey Child and Family Health. The name was chosen after discussion with the commissioners and feedback from a survey. People felt that keeping the new name similar to the current name, would help prevent confusion among families using the services.
The service will also have a brand new bright and colourful logo.
HCRG Care Group is one of the UK’s largest providers of child and family health services, and currently operate in Essex, Bath and North East Somerset, Wiltshire, Lancashire, and Slough.
We have developed a branding that will ensure our child and family health and wellbeing services across the country have a consistent look while retaining the flexibility to adapt it slightly to show that we’re providing local services for local people.
Surrey is one of the first to adopt the new logo, which we will be rolling out to other services in the future.
