Freedom of Information Requests
As we’re not a public body, we’re not covered by the Freedom of Information Act. However, you can make a request to the public body which commissions us and we, under our contract, will assist the commissioner in responding where we hold information on their behalf; they may also already hold the information you request as part of our regular reporting.
