Recognising colleagues through our Difference Awards

Each year HCRG Care Group holds its annual Difference Awards event, specially crafted to acknowledge and celebrate the remarkable contributions of colleagues who consistently demonstrate extraordinary dedication and commitment to their roles.

The scheme reflects the benefits of working for a national organisation that empowers colleague to change lives by transforming health and care.

The annual occasion serves as an opportunity for our whole team from Board to floor to celebrate those exceptional individuals and teams who truly go above and beyond, showing the embodiment of our organisational core values: CARE, THINK, DO.

A year in the planning, each awards ceremony is carefully thought out, from finding a fitting location to compiling the guest list and arranging the menu, and all the other personal touches that make the event extra special for colleagues attending.

The event is carefully curated to recognise the outstanding efforts of colleagues and to express the heartfelt appreciation for their unwavering devotion to the cause of changing lives through transforming health and care.

Colleagues stories are told, and the aim is to give everyone an opportunity to let their hair down, reflect on success and celebrate has been achieved.

Transforming lives through health and care

As one of the UK’s largest community services providers, since 2006 we’ve dedicated ourselves to nurturing impactful and long-lasting relationships with our communities. We’re proud to have made a positive impact up and down the country by designing and delivering services that address the wider economic, social, and environmental challenges faced by the communities we serve.

Health and care commissioners across the country trust us to work with them and their communities to transform services with a focus on experience, efficiency and improved outcomes. We deliver and transform adult and children community health services, primary care services including urgent care and sexual health as well as child and adult social care and wellbeing services.

Across England, we support communities of many millions and directly help more than half a million people each year.
