I joined HCRG Care Group as regional director with many years of experience within operational and strategic management roles.
The beginning of my career in 1984 saw me graduate and gain my professional nurse and district nurse registration via the University of Edinburgh. My professional registration remains something that is core to my decision-making in my current management role. I then trained as a specialist community public health nurse at Oxford Brookes University in 1985.
Following this, I worked as a health visitor in Oxford, Hampshire and Wiltshire before moving to management roles in community services. I’ve also been a professional executive nurse at board level.
