Rebecca Trembath is the Director of IT at HCRG Care Group, where she leads the organisation’s technology, clinical systems, data and analytics and digital transformation functions. She is responsible for delivering the technology strategy that underpins safe, effective and modern healthcare services, ensuring digital capabilities support frontline care.
Since her appointment as Director in November 2023, Rebecca has focused on harnessing technology, data and innovation to improve patient outcomes and enhance service user and colleague experience. With more than 15 years’ experience in health and care, Rebecca began her career as a registered nurse in Canada before moving into NHS training, clinical systems and technology leadership roles. She combines clinical insight with technical expertise to bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and digital transformation.
Rebecca is passionate about the role of technology and data in transforming healthcare. She works closely with clinical, operational and corporate leaders to deliver innovative solutions that support informed decision-making and enhance the quality of care provided to patients and communities.
