Lisa Farrell is the Managing Director of Children and Family Services at HCRG Care Group, with accountability for one of England’s largest portfolios of community-based services for children, young people and families. A member of the organisation’s national leadership team, she is responsible for shaping and delivering the national strategy for Children and Family Services, driving quality, innovation, transformation and sustainable growth while improving outcomes for children, young people and families across the communities HCRG Care Group serves.
With accountability for a national portfolio exceeding £130 million and a workforce of approximately 1,500 colleagues, Lisa leads services across Surrey, Lancashire, Essex, Warwickshire and Slough. She is responsible for strategic direction, operational performance, quality and governance, workforce leadership, financial stewardship and growth, working closely with commissioners, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities and system partners nationwide.
An experienced executive leader, Lisa has successfully led large-scale service transformations, contract mobilisations and improvement programmes, delivering measurable improvements in quality, access and outcomes for children, young people and families. She is recognised for building trusted partnerships, developing high-performing teams and translating strategic ambition into sustainable operational delivery.
With more than 18 years’ experience across children’s services, community health, early help and safeguarding, Lisa is passionate about improving life chances for children and families. Known for combining commercial discipline with compassionate leadership, she is committed to advancing HCRG Care Group’s ambition to continue being the leading national provider of children and family services, creating lasting impact for the communities it serves.
