Edward McKenzie-Boyle is the Group Chief Financial Officer for Operose Health and HCRG Care Group, leading the integrated finance function across both organisations. In his role, he is responsible for the Group’s finance strategy, financial performance, governance, and reporting, working alongside the executive leadership team to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and the organisation’s long-term strategic objectives.
Edward has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and leadership. He joined Operose Health in March 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, where his responsibilities included finance, strategic planning, estates, facilities and legal services. Prior to this, he was a Director in Deloitte LLP’s healthcare advisory practice and previously held senior finance roles at The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
