Freedom to Speak Up

Our Freedom to Speak Up process is here for current and former colleagues, workers, volunteers and others connected with HCRG Care Group who want to raise concerns about patient safety, quality of care, wrongdoing, or anything that may put people, services or the organisation at risk.

If you are a patient, service user, family member or member of the public, this is not the right route for raising concerns about your care or providing feedback. Instead, please speak directly to a member of staff, use our patient feedback and complaints process detailed on your relevant service website, or, if someone is in immediate danger or at risk of serious harm, contact the relevant emergency services or authorities straight away.
