Quality Accounts 2024

Like all providers of NHS funded Community Health services, we are required to produce a quality account each year for the services we run. We do this through the production of a quality account for each contract where this is a requirement, publishing the documents on our website as well as submitting them directly to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care as we are required to do.
