by Communications Team on 15th February 2023

HCRG Care Group is up for a prestigious national award celebrating organisations and individuals in the UK who are passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.

The organisation is a finalist in the British HR Awards 2023, in the Best Overall People Experience Category.

The category is decided by employee feedback on topics including satisfaction, wellbeing, work-life balance, relationships, culture, purpose and engagement.

Paul Lundbeck, People Services Director at HCRG Care Group, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be named as a finalist in this awards scheme. We are committed to providing an environment where our colleagues can bring their best selves to work and it is wonderful to get recognition based directly on positive feedback from our workforce.”

This year, just over 220 entries to the British HR Awards were received so competition to be named a finalist proved to be especially tough. Firms taking part range from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between.
