The quality of care provided by adult community services in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley has been rated as ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission.
HCRG Care Group runs adult community services across North Kent on behalf of the NHS.
Following inspections in July 2022, the CQC reports highlighted that the services:

This reflects the commitment of our amazing caring staff, who have continued to work day in day out throughout what has been extremely challenging times for health providers. They have and continue to provide high quality care for our patients.
“We will continue to deliver services that make positive changes to the lives of people in Kent and to be innovative in how we find ways to improve even further.”
The CQC report did highlight areas to build on regarding face-to-face training compliance, and a plan is currently being delivered to increase compliance to pre-COVID levels now that restrictions on group activities have been lifted.
The majority of CQC-inspected services run by HCRG Care Group are rated good or outstanding.
